So this getting up and exercising is starting to kick my butt!
It's probably because I was out and about this weekend and failed to do any of my exercises from my list but there was a lot of walking done this weekend, right along with drinking and eating so it cancelled itself out lol.
On a brighter note it is getting a little easier to do push ups (YAY sexy arms).
I didn't do anything this morning just got out the bed REALLY late and rushed to work. I have a dance class to teach tonight so I'll make it up tonight and pick back tomorrow morning.
I hope you keep going and don't follow in my lazy footsteps lol

Day 1
So the first day of the morning workout challenge went well!
That circuit takes 10mins at the most if you go straight through.

UM, is this thing on?
Well hello there my precious blog!
I know, I know it seemed as though I had abandoned you but I would never do such a thing....ok well I thought about it lol.
I'm here to post a challenge for myself to exercise every morning! Yeah I know big task for me because I'm NOT a morning person. Well I guess that why it's a challeneg huh?
Here is what I will be doing:
*50 jumping jacks
*5 pushups
*20 crunches
*20 mountain climbers
*30 second plank
*7 burpees
&for extra credit IF I have the time I'll go for a quick run...UM yeah I'll TRY! lol
I'm doing this because I would like to drop inches and tighten up the tummy area before my cruise in July...yeah I'm pushing it but honestly in these last two weeks are the only time I've been not doing some type of exercise since we had a break from dance. So I shall try to blog my daily/weekly progress with "What I Ate" and pictures......(>_<)
Look out smaller size here I come!!!
